A heavily funded public quasi-startup is looking for a 4-5 year, preferably big-law corporate attorney, to assist the CLO in multiple large-dollar acquisitions a year as Corporate Counsel.

This deal rate is expected to continue, both domestically and internationally, well into the future.

Excellent credentials are required, and experience in M&A/PE/SEC filings is preferred.

Admission to the NY bar is required; additional bar admissions are appreciated.

The compensation for this position is expected to be $275-300K/year, plus extremely generous bonus packages dependent upon the company reaching anticipated milestones. There will also be a stock portion of the bonus package.
